I bought one of their flying sharks and I regret it. First, it took over a month to arrive because it shipped from China-first red flag. It was difficult to assemble because the parts quality was substandard-second red flag. The remote control stopped working after a week of light use. I requested a refund and their message was confusing. First they said no, because a refund only applied if the item was damaged upon receipt. Then they said they would process a refund if I shipped it back to China at my expense. Buyer beware when dealing with this company.
