I order Fromm's dry food from Chewy for my lab. I buy the largest size bag approximately every 5 weeks. Their prices are lower than anywhere else, shipping is free and every single order has arrived at my doorstep on the very next business day. I live in the Milwaukee area and the FedEx driver said Chewy orders ship from their Chicago warehouse. Why buy from anyone else?

Who needs local garbage newspapers? I have bought and sold on craigslist.org many, many times. Even if I'm not buying or selling, I find it very entertaining just looking at what's out there. I love motorcycles and check the ads everyday to see other peoples toys. The only note of caution is to limit your level of trust when doing a deal. This site gives lots of tips and warnings on this. Usually, people who actually call tend to be sincere and on the level. The ones who just respond with emails are more suspicious, especially if they say they're from out of town or being a middleman for someone else. Overall this site is invaluable.

Use this site all the time. Great for food or drinks and very quick. Other positives include reader reviews with suggestions for tweaking recipes and pictures of finished recipes. Love this site.

Ordered a new dining set/hutch combination of Amish hand-made furniture. The website was very user friendly and well laid out. Wanda and Leah helped us through the entire ordering process. They sent us wood stain and leather samples at no charge, provided we returned them, which we did. Build time was estimated at 9-12 weeks. After 10 weeks, they called saying the furniture was done and a shipper would be calling to deliver within 2 weeks. Shipper called and scheduled delivery two days later. Delivery was supposed to be driver only curbside, but the delivery person and his wife helped me carry all pieces into the house, unpackage and set them all up before leaving. The furniture is absolutely stunning and far exceeded our expectations. Customer service and delivery were as good as it gets. We highly recommend amishoutletstore.com

Have ordered a multitude of things from Amazon, including lots of free Kindle books. I have never had a bad experience. A few Kindle books I paid fees for did not meet my expectations, so I asked for a refund. They processed the refund immediately back to my credit card, no questions asked. Excellent, extremely convenient site and competitively priced as well!

My Windows 7 netbook locked up and would not let me logon as Administrator. No password was ever required up to this point. I purchased iSunshare.com Windows Password Reset software. It did not work on my pc. I contacted their customer support and provided them with all documentation and screenshots throughout the process. Due to a time difference, I updated them and they had more for me to try the next morning each day for several weeks. Communication was poor from their end that appeared to be a language issue. They also did not appear to look at my complete updates, since I would send screenshots and the next day they would ask for the same screenshots. After giving up and asking for a refund, they started all over again asking me what my problem was. Mycommerce who handles payment and distribution for iSunshare got in the loop and requested an update from them on three occasions with the same endless queries from iSunshare. The software firm was like one person who was developer, owner, sales and support. After 30 days are now gone, communication has stopped. Their software did not work and no refund. I recommend staying away from any and all products sold by iSunshare. Lots of frustration, wasted time on my part with nothing but a lost fee to show for it.

Mycommerce.com has since picked up the ball and got iSunshare to issue a refund to my PayPal account. Thanks to them for following up on this

Service providers like Time Warner share a lot of pros and cons. Great in some areas of the country, terrible in others. You may have good people to handle your order and major idiots in the field or vice versa. I updated to Time Warner Cable's High Speed Broadband. The installer tested the completed upgrade on Time Warner's test site and it indicated the specified speed. Over the next several days, I saw no improvement with double the cost. I called customer service. Their representative was very helpful and understanding. He explained that the only real advantage would be for online gaming, due to the huge bandwidth draw. I had a special modem and it would have to be removed to drop back the service. I agreed and a field person did the changeover and gave me some tips and tricks to improve my efficiency. I did what he recommended and saw a huge speed improvement. My monthly fee was reduced from $99/mo to $45/mo which included the monthly fee for an added Wi-Fi modem. No service fees were applied for any of the visits or work performed.

I recently changed my phone over from AT&T to TimeWarner as well. Reasons being, excellent service experience with Internet and major issues with a long distance service from USBI (search and read review on these guys).

Maybe I'm one of the few lucky ones, but I'm very happy with Time Warner Cable. I know that in my area, Milwaukee, WI, Time Warner Cable has vastly improved over the past several years. Telephone waits are minimal and their people have all been great to deal with.

Ordered a large paper Giclee print for $45 of an Italian landscape. We got an estimate from Michael's (chain store) for matting and framing with a 50% off coupon. Total was $550 after the discount. Crazy! Besides that, we didn't like the color of the print when it arrived and noticed the paper was very chintsy and full of ripples which would show up under glass in a frame. Returned the print for full refund (no questions asked) and ordered three large stretched canvas Monet's for $140 each. Love these prints. The build quality is first rate and the prints look great on our wall. The canvases are stretched around a very sturdy wood frame and stapled on the back side. The edges are painted black. The hanging hardware is double braided steel wire. Shipping was free and the order was expedited in about one week (very prompt). So, three beautiful large Monet canvas reproductions were less than the framing job for one cheap print. What a bargain. Stay away from Michael's and don't hesitate to check out allposters.com. Just don't order the cheaper paper if you buy prints. They offer higher quality paper, which would probably be a much better choice.

Okay, I placed an order on this site before discovering sitejabber. My experience has been less than top shelf, but the results have not been a disaster. There appears to be only one person who provides help with orders and customer service. I believe this person is overwhelmed by inadequate experience and very poor inventory control. It took over a week just to get an acknowledgment of my order. No timing was provided on shipping. I had just discovered Sitejabber where I checked out kitchenniche and got nervous. I emailed their customer service address and very politely asked for timing on this order. One week later, I got an answer saying it was processed and would ship as soon as it became available. Another email came one week after that and said the shipment would arrive in 7-10 days. I wrote back and thanked her for the update. 10 days took me up to last Friday with nothing yet, so I waited until Monday with intentions of another email query. Most of my order arrived that same morning with a note apologizing for 1 out of the 5 items ordered being out of stock and that it would ship as soon as it came in.

So, this is not a scam site and they are not entirely bad. The pricing and products I received were fine. You just need to be very patient and understand that this is the process.

Can you do better elsewhere? Absolutely!

Ordered some long sleeve t shirts in a variety of styles and colors. Pricing is good. Product options are also not bad. You get increasing discounts for volume orders and bonus dollars to apply to future purchases after placing an order. Shipping is free on all orders that exceed $100 in total purchased price. One negative I experienced was through my entire step-by-step process of ordering, the shipping displayed zero cost. At the very last step when I completed the order, the confirmation page showed a shipping charge of $28.67 bringing my total charge to $168. I called customer support and they said I would get an email from their accounting dept showing a full credit for the shipping charge. No apology and no indication of this occurrence being unexpected by the individual on the phone. Several days passed and I received an email from a customer service rep, Christina, saying one of the shirts was backordered and did I want to wait or get a refund on the order. I said I would wait for the backorder, but hadn't gotten any indication yet of a credit for the shipping charge providing her with the details. She said she'd check on it and wrote back the next day saying it was all done and that I should check my credit card account to verify. I did this and it was credited in full on my account. Could be just a fluke, but if you order from UMIDirect, verify all charges, including volume discount show up on your final confirmation. By the way, the shirt quality is very good. I especially like the Badger compression fit long sleeve tees. Very comfortable and quality workmanship. Product pricing was very reasonable and a lot less than big name clothing sites. By the way, UMIDirect stands for Uniforms Direct, since they are big suppliers of industrial uniform products.

Verified purchase

Planted 50 trees along border next to highway. Apparently the salt spray from winter application to road found its way to the trees and killed them. I won't know until next spring how many are affected.

Stay Away!

I placed an order for 3 wine kits. The payment was with Visa through PayPal. PayPal immediately billed my card and verified my order with Top Shelf Specialties. After one week with no verification from Top Shelf, I emailed and asked if they had processed my order. A week later, I got a response saying yes they had, but no indication as to shipment. A week later, I wrote and asked, well?, what's the status? Several days later, their email reply was that they only had one of the 3 kits in stock and suggested a substitution for each of the other two choices. I wrote back and said, no thanks, just send me the in stock item now and the others when they come in. So, another week goes by and no response to that communication. I sent another email and asked, are you sending the in stock kit or not? Did you get my last email response telling you to do so? Just short of a week later, I got a reply that, yes, they would ship the kit right away. Another week passes and I sent another email and said if I didn't get the kit within one week, I would be contacting PayPal for a formal complaint and refund. One week later, I contacted PayPal and started a case file on Top Shelf. PayPal said they would contact the seller and give him 10 days to complete my order or provide a refund. PayPal actually holds the funds until proof of delivery from the seller before they release the funds to them. Two days later, the 1st kit arrived at my house. I emailed Top Shelf and asked him to cancel the other 2 kits, since I had no guarantee of ever getting them or how long that could take. My patience was gone. He wrote back and said he couldn't refund me because PayPal had locked out his account until the case was resolved. He said he would work on expediting my refund in the next day or two. I immediately contacted PayPal to update them. They said the locked account was not true and they updated the case with what had shipped and my request for refund giving Top Shelf another 10 days to comply. One week later, again, I got a personal check in the mail for my refund from Top Shelf which I cashed immediately and, fortunately, didn't bounce. I emailed PayPal and told them about the refund. Yesterday, I got an email from PayPal saying the case is officially closed.

I think that the owner of Top Shelf Specialties, Dave Honig, has this business as a side line and dedicates minimal time to dealing with customer orders. My initial outlay for the 3 kits was $427, so I was pretty upset with the lack of follow up and communication provided. My order was placed back in October, so more than two months passed before it was completely resolved. I've order wine and beer kits from many other suppliers with prompt, professional service in all other cases. I'm being generous with my two star rating, due to the fact that I did get one kit and a refund for the balance due.

This guy is in over his head and is not ready for anything to do with Top Shelf Specialties. Go elsewhere with any interest you have in this product line.

GRP's website required my LG washing machine model number to order a new stator. Their part picture did not have the option of selecting a part number. After the wrong part arrived with a part number on it, they denied being at fault insisting that what I ordered was the correct part. They told me to call LG and verify the part and ask if their part was compatible. I did and it's not. GRP customer service said I was wrong and the part they sent was the right one and was compatible. It was physically different than the original part. I asked for a return authorization, which they gave me, but refused to cover the return shipping cost. After they received the returned part, it took three weeks for them to inspect it and approve the refund. It then took 5 business days to appear in my account. GRP's online order site is incorrect and their customer service is terrible. I dealt with several different people over several phone calls and they all refused to admit they were wrong and accept responsibility. Do not deal with this company, because they will not back you up if they're at fault.

I bought MP3 Splitter software several years ago. I paid for lifetime license and support. When I recently changed over to a newer pc, I loaded the software and tried installing my license key. It did not recognize the key information, which I entered several times directly off the setup letter with my key on it that I had originally received. It only loaded this time as a trial version which expired after 7 days. I sent two emails for support in the past two weeks asking for help to fix this. With no response on either, I called their order phone line and all I get is a digital female voice that says Hello, then just dead silence. Yaosoft.com is still on the internet and has auto forms to order and pay for the software with PayPal or Credit Card. Do not order this software. Whoever is running this site is impossible to reach for follow up and your license key, if you get one will likely not work. Disappointing, because it used to be a great product.

I placed an order for one dozen hunting arrows cut to length and fletched with 4 inch vanes in fluorescent colors. After completing the order in the on-line shopping cart, I had to visit another site to investigate arrowheads. When I returned, I completed the purchase of the arrows and submitted it. When I got my confirmation on the order, I noticed the arrow choice and length were as I had specified, but the vanes descriptions had reverted back to the default choices. I called the website phone number immediately, which was after business hours and left a lengthy message describing the mistake and requesting the correction to the order. I also sent an email to the site with the same information. The email went to "*******@above-timberline.com" which is how the website directed it for customer support. I heard nothing back from neither the phone message nor the email I sent and in a few days my order arrived. The correction had not been made and the arrows had the wrong vanes. I called again, during business hours and got a recorded answering service. I left a detailed message describing everything and requesting a callback, but to date have heard nothing. If you have an on-line business, you must be able to respond to your customer relative to the orders they've placed. Either this person doesn't have time or doesn't care to do so. In either case, I would never do business with them again.

Yes, we've been around the block with these con artists. Placed order and waited two weeks with no status update. Naturally, Visa was debited immediately when the order was placed, not shipped. That's always a bad sign. Wrote email and got reply saying it takes 2-3 weeks from when the order ships. I know the mail is slow, but come on! Called after one more month and was told, sarcastically by customer service, that it takes 2-3 weeks from when the product ships like they wrote in the email, so we should already know that. Asked them if it had shipped yet and they said yes. So, you guessed it, one more month and nothing. Called and got the same kind of response. Notified Visa and they gave us a temporary credit while they investigated the order. Two weeks later, we got an email from Visa saying the ruling was in our favor and our credit went from temporary to permanent. Fraudulent scammers who have no intentions of providing their customers with a viable product. Stay far, far away from this seller!

Long Distance 10-10 calling scam. Search USBI and you will find many, many postings on what this company has been pulling. I searched the net for low rate long distance services and these guys came in the lowest. I called them and got the activation number which was 10-10-555. Turns out USBI does not provide long distance and just lets whatever provider do the call. My phone bill indicated that they used MCI and I was charged roughly $10/minute to Germany and $2/minute to Texas. Lucky for me I only made three very short calls, but my long distance cost was $51. Don't use any no-name providers and don't use any 10-10 prefixes for calls. I consider myself lucky that I got off this cheap. AT&T is no help on this either. They tell you to cancel the service through USBI and those guys can't be reached. I've just dropped AT&T and switched over to Time/Warner land line service. $19.95/mo for unlimited calling in North America and 10 cents/min to Europe. Bottom line: DO NOT USE 10-10 low rate phone prefixes...

Coral Player is a scam, but not a virus. Basically the maker's create fake torrents - usually new release or popular movies. They claim to be avi files of the movie, and usually ~ 700mb or so.

However when you get the movie, all it is, is a trailer and tells you to go download coral player. If you fall for it, it asks you to pay a small fee to use coral player but you gotta give them your credit card #, which they then charge a monthly fee ( ~ $30 USD) BUT you never get any player to download, AND the file that claims you need Coral Player to play it, isn't even a movie file at all - it's just a trailer with Coral Player ad.

They 'pad out' the file to make it roughly the size of a legitimate movie, so people will download it, I mean after all, if you saw a "movie" that was only 1.5mb would you fall for it and download it?

In short, a complete scam - if you get one of these files just delete it - anything that asks you to download a "special" movie player to play it, is a SCAM.
