I was working with this company in the Chandler Call Center and I have never seen a program operated so backwards. Most of the Drivers are not even employees of the company and the business seriously has no control over them. The operation is so bizarre how they are set up and if your package was lost or arrived damaged, I can tell you why. Basically, regardless whether OnTrac cares, they really have no control over the service. The Call Center Operators are way over their heads in work and for what they pay them is a joke. What this company needs is major overhaul on how they do business. Why good businesses would use this outfit is because they do not do their homework, they see a cheap price and they get a crappie service. It basically ruins that business's reputation by providing bad delivery service of their products, by using OnTrac. I wanted to tell people their and even the instructors, who were amazing, but their hard work could only go so far, with a F. Up set up the employee can do.

In case you did not pay any attention, a lot of these pictures are the same person using different names. I am pretty good at the game concentration where you put a card down and try to find the same card faced down. Plus, a formal nurse and back ground in Facial Bone structures that show exact same features, lips, hair lines, eyes lined up the same in cemitrical line with eyebrows. You have here a site with minimum amount of actual different people posting the same picture in a different position. Be careful because even the reviews are incorrect here, but I been taken more then 4 times, I am being forward and lost money. Just saying look at the face and look at all that match the same features and you will see, it is the exact same person in the photo with a different name or location, much the Russian, Ukrains sites. Extra caution.

Guess what? All messages were blocked. Tried each day until Sunday night and nothing. All messages blocked. There was not Free JACK, kept getting a message to UPGRADE, so the False Adveretising lead me to believe, if they can not keep their word on this ad. Why would I even give them my time and money. Save your cash and don't fall for this phony site.
