Stay away from this place. Their primary concern is getting more money out of you and your insurance company. They could care less if you get well. Front desk girl is rude and when you call in immediately tells you that you will be paying a lot, probably because it goes in her pocket. Not once do they ask how you are feeling. Not very reassuring if you want help getting well. If you don't believe this go ahead, go in and don't be surprised if you get a high bill!

Do not use this company! They will not honor your contract. They do not pick up your garbage weekly and the office woman laughs and sneers at people who call to complain. Everyone in their service area has had trouble with them Read the Google Reviews. They will not stay in business because they don't do what they agree to do. Have more customers than they can service. The owner should be ashamed of himself. Horrible trash service in Wasilla, Alaska. We plan to use the other company or haul it ourselves. We plan to file a chargeback on payment made for upcoming three months for breach of contract on their part.

This company looks ok on line but don't deal with the CEO/Founder. This woman is rude, unstable and will not tell you the truth. If you have any product or customer service issues at all and complain, she will either ignore you or launch off on a tirade about how right she is and how wrong you are. Even if you use paypal for payments and file a claim it will be a fight. Buy from a reputable retailer like Cabela's or similar. Man Gear Alaska has zero customer service training or skills.

Management of this group of stores made their employees stop wearing face masks as of March 1st. I saw employees in the Deli making food, without face masks, without hairnets, long hair falling into peoples food. They seem to think the Pandemic is over. Scary. Stay away, go to another major retailer where employees wear face masks and follow sanitary practices. Management does NOT care about their customers or customer health.

Their products and processes are inferior, do not work as promised. Immature management that refuses to address the issues. No customer service at all. Find another company to do business with.

Do not enter into a contract with this company, they will not honor it. Owner is ok but has a crew of catty, unprofessional women that he shifts you over to work with, ask inappropriate questions. The whole set up is questionable. If you want to recruit new agents do it yourself.

This company is so disorganized I cannot recommend buying from them or working for them. Owner is in California but his staff is all in India and have poor comprehension of what it takes to do business in the USA.

This company does not require face masks to be worn by employees despite their claim of being 'safe'. I will never eat at another Subway again. Careless, dirty and dangerous these days
