They had the wrong WIFI Card listed for my computer. I ordered it, and didn't receive a packing slip so didn't have an order number. When I tried to reach "Customer Service," the system said Item was "not eligible" for return. When I tried to reach a human "Customer Service" agent by pressing "2," the system said, "The number is no longer in service". WTF? Avoid newegg unless you like being ripped off!
