Car was not delivered on time even though there was a big lead time. Got different colour instead. Stickers were falling off and car was dirty and one of the wheels was very scratched (used?). Not recomended (don't ever believe onsite testimonials - there is no leagl obligation to tell the truth - I checked with ad standards)

I am sorry to hear that your experience was not a positive one. I can confirm that all new items are held separately from returns, and are dispatched from a dedicated warehouse.
