Don't ever rent a car from Thrifty! Worst company to do business with and customer service sucks! No one ever answer the phone. I rented a BMW and was given a KIA. No reduction in rental charges and when I contested the charges no one responded to my credit card company. Turned the charges over to a collection company without so much as an explanation. Please learn from this and never rent from them.
