I'm still seething, about a year later, from the woeful customer service I experienced when I attempted to have a case of wine delivered to my sister's Brisbane residence. I live in Far North Qld. Dan Murphy's computer system managed to superimpose elements of my address and the intended delivery address, and notwithstanding four phone calls and emails to their Customer Service Centre over a period of a fortnight, the resulting delays in the shipment being received defied belief! If they didn't have such a great range of product, and such low prices, I wouldn't deal with them at all.
