“Horrible Company with horrible customer service”

I purchased two pairs of sneakers in a size 8.5 wide instead of my usual 9 at the salesperson's suggestion, as there were no size 9's in stock. After wearing each pair exactly one time, I had a blister and pain on the right foot.
Famous Footwear refused to exchange the sneakers. Horrible policies and customer service. First time/last time customer.
