The product that I ordered (a Mophie) did not work right out of the box. Never even powered on. However, that really wasn't the issue. Things happen. I get it. The issue, was when it took forever to get a reply from Tanga to an email where I state the problem and asked what to do about it? Once I finally received a reply, the CS employee named "Kendall" was extremely rude and did not attach a return label as stated. She only attached a Return Form Authorization. She further went on (in another email days and days later) to state that my email is the problem, not her and not Tanga! She was horrible. Issue still not resolved because they are so SLOW. Not only slow but rude and the Mophie never worked. Spend your money elsewhere folks. Tanga has gone downhill. They used to be AWESOME! Need to purge employees like Kendall.
