I have emailed Adore me multiple times and no one has gotten back to me, and I have called 7 times and no one has picked up the phone. I made my order on January 26th and all it says is that it is being processed... although they had no problem taking the money out of my account right away. I also fear that they will charge me monthly and I have no desire for that. All I wanted was to buy one thing from there and then never use the website again. If they charge me monthly I will sue the company. Extremely dissapoinred and don't even want my order anymore. At this point I just want my money back.

We are very sorry to hear that you had such an unfortunate experience with the shipping of your order, as it is never our intention to create inconveniences for our customers and we do try our best to always assure the delivery time stated on our website.

This is why, we deeply regret the bad experience this has caused you. We recently had a huge volume of incoming orders that we did not anticipate and that has caused some mix-up and delay with some of the packages. We have since then sent a second team to the warehouse to reduce the processing time to normal and to ensure that this kind of delay will never happen again.

In the meantime, I am happy to see that you have been in contact with our customer relationship specialists and you were provided a resolution for this unfortunate shipping occurrence.

Furthermore, regarding your concerns related to the monthly charges, please be advised that as you placed your order as a Pay As You Go customer and haven’t enrolled in our VIP membership, no monthly charges will be applied to your account.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
