Ordered tables #1596-5660-5018-4557. 5 hours after placing the order, I realized the ship to was incorrect. I immediately called Houzz, and was reassured that it would not be a problem to change the ship to. I called back to confirm, again reassured no problem. Got tracking info and noticed it was enroute to wrong location, called Houzz and they said they would check into it. Long story short and 4 emails later, Houzz said I needed to PAY for the shipping. Each time I talked to an agent, there was no history of my previous conversations. Poor customer service, never will order from Houzz again!
