After posting this review I was contacted by the original customer service rep with whom I had emailed about my missing order. She had seen the review and realized she never followed up on tracking down my order. She offered to send out the items then (a month after original order) and give me a $50 credit if I would take down my original review. I declined, asked for a refund and received it promptly. So I eventually got the resolution I wanted but it took way too long and was too much effort. I would never do business with this company.
