Obviously I'm not alone... I sent my dress back on March 26 and 2 weeks later BHLDN is still telling me they don't have it. I'm frantic, thinking I'm out more than $700. I called UPS, who were kind enough to send me the tracking info, WITH the signature of the receiver at BHLDN on March 28. BHLDN knew they had the dress, but lied. They thought they would keep the dress and my $$. Customer Service is rude and could not care less. I will tell all my friends to steer clear of BHLDN. What a scam! Save yourself the pain.
