Absolutely worst customer experience I have ever received! When picking up my dry cleaning their debit machine was "failing" so I personally withdrew cash from the ATM and paid. When I got home and checked my bank account, the money had been withdrawn from my account (so I paid twice). I immediately alerted the store and the owner. My calls, inquiries and requests went unanswered. When I followed up in-person at the store location the staff yelled at me and my husband and told us it "was not her problem". We have since attempted to deal with the main office (Heather and Dave) who initially responded to our requests, but have now stopped returning phone calls and emails. 4 months later and they still have not reimbursed me for the double charge. The absolute worst customer service and treatment I have ever experienced, compelling me to share with others. Avoid this place at all costs!
