Sent 11 new, tagged designer clothes, and had 9 rejected. Wrong brands. I was supposed to go through their list of 25,000 acceptable brands, according to ThredUp, my fault. I received $1.10. One dress I sent was a GatsbyLady, costing $165. COMPLETE RIP OFF. NEVER, ever do business here. Sell it yourself.

Flight Hub claims I do not know my name or my husband's name. Supposedly, I TWICE misentered both our middle names-- typing them into their system twice. Of course, I did not. On realization and trying to correct this error, they would do so-- For an extra $150. After complaining, the supervisor said she would do it for $100. I am NOT paying for their computer error. DO NOT use this unprofessional company, they do not stand by their work, they do not take care of their customers.
