The website says it allows returns on goods not tried on or worn. How does one know if it fits or the right style without trying on? I bought four wigs and wanted to return two. After three attempts they will issue a return if I purchase more with their "discount". I keep what I have and buy more... Oh yeh. Good business for them, but dives into my pocketbook more. BEWARE... what you buy is what you keep.
