“Very difficult to get refund, and poor after sales support”

I have booked a flight ticket from eDream, booking reference# *******643. Unfortunately, airline has canceled one of the connecting flights, and I need to cancel the full travel itinerary. I have done a chat with a support team and canceled the booking. Unfortunately, no email update was received, and the status is unknown. If service is not good, people will not come back. Sorry, not a good experience, and I will use another service provider.

Tip for consumers:
Service is very important when we use an online portals. My personal experience is not good and I will not advise using eDream service.
