Complete scam. Fees & more fees. Items stolen. Rude customer service. THEY fix prices to make THEM more money but not you. This needs investigated for FRAUD!

We do price all items for our sellers, however, if you disagree with a price, you can inquire to assistance@swap.com with an item number, and we will review the pricing of an item. Please, refer to the commission structure in our help center for more information. Any not accepted items are held on your account for 14 days. During this period, you have the ability to either donate the items, or ship them back to yourself. If you believe an item is not on your account, we can also look into that for you after your email to assistance@swap.com.
