Dillon's auto sold a women friend of our family a 2010 Malibu with hail damage for $15,000.00 plus the trade in of her car.
I looked up the value of loss for the hail damage and it is approximately $ 8,000.00 less than what they charged her.
She told them she could not afford the payments, but they talked her into it anyway.
We tried to take it back and I spoke for her, but they said because of the hail damage they would not be able to do anything about it. She offered to trade down, but they said the hail damage would cause her to not get hardly anything for her car, and she would have to make up the rest.
This is very shameful to talk a single, very mild and meek person into such situation.
I have seen many negative reviews about them on line.
They need to do the right thing and take it back

Paypal has increased their time to review accounts to 180 days instead of 45 days.
Tomtop Wholesalers sent me a message to send the item back to them for a refund in December. I sent it back and guess what, no response as I suspected.
I am kind of concerned that a company like this can get on what I perceive as a safer environment like Ebay, and scam customers and Ebay has no power to make them do the right thing. I also have been an Ebay customer and seller for many years and have been happy. ALL matters have been resolved. Tomtop has been the only scammer.
Anyway, paypal has issued me a refund, so I am happy as a lark.

I bought an item from Tomtop. I did not check it within the 30 days from guarantee return because I did not need it right away. Just assumed it was good. It did not work. They list a 6 month warranty and are not responding when I sent them a message about it. Who can I check with about internet fraud. Ebay and Paypal say their hands are tied because they can not make them honor the 6 month warranty.
