I received someone's auto insurance card in the mail and I don't drive. Called and email Geico, they said they couldn't help me the claimant has to change address. They need to verify if people live at the address before signing them up. I'm not sure if it was changed because Geico protects the customers, but who is here to protect me. They made me feel like I was the one in the wrong and it''s not right. I shouldn't have to go through this at all.
