I've been doing this for 3 weeks without supplementing or the high protein and have had defination. I have however not lost weight but gained some like 4lbs. I am eating around 1300 calories and weight 159. Is the weight gain as a result of mucle growth?
It proves that you learn something new everyday, I've always been petite, but never fit or cut, and now I think with this great information I will finally get to my goal. Now that I don't play college soccer this will put me in the best shape of my life. So excited for the 12 week challenge now.
