“Falsely booking and charging my card”

HotelsTonight charges my card for a Hotel I never stood at yet on my app said I was booked, now they wont fully refund me and want me to contact Hotel OYO yet they didnt charge my card. The app showed I was booked, I showed up confidently about the it since card was charged yet I was told I was never booked through HotelsTonight. I have images of the charges and the app and the respond from the customer service department. This is fraud and false advertisement.

Tip for consumers:
This app is all fraud , I started reading reviews and seems I am not the only one who has experience this. Never again

None , I had to book a room at Motel 6
