Customer service is a nightmare and non-existent. The CEO should be ashamed. I have been trying to email customer service for two weeks with no reply after following their guidance on their website because of an allergic reaction to the scents used in their products. I reached out on FB and I got a spotty reply that their small but mighty team was overwhelmed. This is why consumers do not shop small businesses and support the Sephora's of the world. I would never let anyone order from here unless they were absolutely certain of the products.
