I booked a flight with this company to go see my then boyfriend in Florida in november. Unfortunately i decided to cancel the flight with more than a few weeks notice and this person i am no longer dating. THIS SITE advertises a 24 hour cancellation. Unfortunately for their "customers" who they treat like $#*!, you have to pay a $75 dollar cancellation fee, on top of what youve already paid for your ticket. You get a flight credit which i made sure was to be used on their site for any flight AND NOT THE SAME DESTINATION because i now have no reason to ever go back there.

Now to the flight credit part: Fast forward to today- im trying to book a birthday vacation to st lucia departing from the same airport. I log in online to find out that i can only use my credit for the same "itinerary". So i call customer service where i have to be forwarded to a supervisor. I can use my credit, after much coaxing, for any flight (after telling me i have to use it for the same destination) but the credit is only good for the same airline and only domestic flights. After nearly two hours on the phone with them, they take the price of said flights directly from the airline, and not their own prices for the exact flights on their site WHICH ARE HUNDREDS LESS!

This company is a scam and treats their paying customers like $#*!. I have never in my life had an issue with any travel company in my life. If you book with them and have to cancel, you can kiss your money goodbye. Their promises for you flight credit back is only worth about 25% of what you actually paid after its all said and done. SAVE YOURSELF AND BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE OR USE ANOTHER SOME OTHER COMPANY WHO DOESNT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND LEAVES YOU BELIEVING YOULL GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

$#*! YOU JUSTFLY. NEARLY $500 THROWN DOWN THE DRAIN! (or only $175 to use again, if youre keeping count)

Id like to express how unprofessional and unhelpful this company has been. I tried canceling my profile two months ago and then a few days ago saw they TOOK OUT ANOTHER PAYMENT FOR 6 MONTHS after trying to cancel two months prior. After speaking to two reps from the company, they were not able to give me back the refund of $68.50. IT HAD ALSO BEEN PRETTY CLEAR THAT I HAVENT BEEN ACTIVE ON MY PROFILE FOR MONTHS AND USING COMMON SENSE (WHICH THEM AND THEIR EMPLOYEES SEEM TO LACK) IT WOULD MAKE SENSE AS TO WHY I TRIED CANCELING MY PROFILE TWO MONTHS AGO. Wouldnt that make sense to anyone with a brain?! CLEARLY THEIR WEBSITE OR APP HAD A GLITCH AND DIDNT GET THE CANCEL CONFIRMATION AND NOW THEYRE MAKING IT MY PROBLEM BY NOT GIVING ME A REFUND FOR THE 6MO MEMBERSHIP THEY RECHARGED ME FOR THIS WEEK. Does that not make sense to these idiots? Is $70 really that important to them that they cannot give a refund TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS MIND YOU?! Technically they already got me paying for those 4months when i wasnt even using it, BUT THEN THEYRE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR ANOTHER 6MONTHS WHEN THEIR WEBSITE CLEARLY HAD A GLITCH WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL?! Theyre not even willing to give $70 measley dollars back to a customer, OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE $70 IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO THEIR GIGANTIC COMPANY. ITS NOT REALLY ABOUT $70, ITS THE PRINCIPLE OF IT. MAKING THEIR WEBSITE OR APP GLITCH THEIR CUSTOMERS PROBLEM AND MAKING THEM PAY FOR IT OVER SEVENTY $#*!ING DOLLARS.
