I booked a flight with this company to go see my then boyfriend in Florida in november. Unfortunately i decided to cancel the flight with more than a few weeks notice and this person i am no longer dating. THIS SITE advertises a 24 hour cancellation. Unfortunately for their "customers" who they treat like $#*!, you have to pay a $75 dollar cancellation fee, on top of what youve already paid for your ticket. You get a flight credit which i made sure was to be used on their site for any flight AND NOT THE SAME DESTINATION because i now have no reason to ever go back there.
Now to the flight credit part: Fast forward to today- im trying to book a birthday vacation to st lucia departing from the same airport. I log in online to find out that i can only use my credit for the same "itinerary". So i call customer service where i have to be forwarded to a supervisor. I can use my credit, after much coaxing, for any flight (after telling me i have to use it for the same destination) but the credit is only good for the same airline and only domestic flights. After nearly two hours on the phone with them, they take the price of said flights directly from the airline, and not their own prices for the exact flights on their site WHICH ARE HUNDREDS LESS!
This company is a scam and treats their paying customers like $#*!. I have never in my life had an issue with any travel company in my life. If you book with them and have to cancel, you can kiss your money goodbye. Their promises for you flight credit back is only worth about 25% of what you actually paid after its all said and done. SAVE YOURSELF AND BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE OR USE ANOTHER SOME OTHER COMPANY WHO DOESNT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND LEAVES YOU BELIEVING YOULL GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
