“Entire set of Cheap plastic”

The quality of the products is so cheap from the hose to connected to shower heads and holder and mineral balls yeah right little hard plastic balls bought extra Walter filter none would work in my 1940 shower they wouldn't cancel before they shipped it told me if I got it and didn't work they would refund but then made me send pics and video of it that I couldn't use it because my shower was too old and they said I could return it all for 20-30% of my money back
