“2x no food the third time I went and picked it up”

Took me an hour of screaming and threatening to go thru the bank to get the first two refunded. Initially tried to offer me a 20% credit on my next order instead of the price I paid. Absolutely not. I went to pick up the third one after the driver was sitting no where near the restaurant for 30 minutes. Got my delivery fee refunded and closed my account. Will never use this service again.

“Similar experience. That chat is a joke. It is very irritating that there is no personnel contact. You get poor delivery, you get pissed at the restaurant who is general for the most part not responsible but it is the restaurants statistics shown.”
