There is some sort of communication error happening. I ordered one product, got another. The product didn't even work. I sent that back, and just received what I thought I originally ordered, again. NOPE! It's the exact same thing that was sent to me the first time, which IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. This has been ridiculous and frustrating. Once again, it is NOT WHAT I ORDERED. It's not even close. So just to make sure we're clear, IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I hope we understand now, that the product you keep sending me, IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Thank you.

I placed an order for a facial brush. Ok. I got the product that was in the picture, but it didn't even resemble the description of the facial brush I THOUGHT I was getting. Through a Lil research, I found the name and description of the product they sent me, which, conveniently for them, was cheaper than the product in the description. I sent Open Sky and email, with no reply yet. I thought, I don't want to go through all this, and decided to keep the brush. So I put new batteries in this Facial brush, pressed the power button... nothing. It will not turn on. So, now, I have a broken facial brush. Yay. So I finally contacted the merchant directly and they were very helpful. The guy made sure that I'm getting the product I ordered. However, because I placed the order through this amazing Open Sky, THEY have to issue a credit. Great. Still can't contact them, and still no response. I will never order through this website again. Epic fail opensky.com, EPIC FAIL.

Took funds out of my account and cannot use it! Horrible card! My employer sucks! MHPWQ.org!
