I placed an order for a facial brush. Ok. I got the product that was in the picture, but it didn't even resemble the description of the facial brush I THOUGHT I was getting. Through a Lil research, I found the name and description of the product they sent me, which, conveniently for them, was cheaper than the product in the description. I sent Open Sky and email, with no reply yet. I thought, I don't want to go through all this, and decided to keep the brush. So I put new batteries in this Facial brush, pressed the power button... nothing. It will not turn on. So, now, I have a broken facial brush. Yay. So I finally contacted the merchant directly and they were very helpful. The guy made sure that I'm getting the product I ordered. However, because I placed the order through this amazing Open Sky, THEY have to issue a credit. Great. Still can't contact them, and still no response. I will never order through this website again. Epic fail opensky.com, EPIC FAIL.
