Wish I could leave a good review but I never received my order. The vendor has apparently been waiting for additional dimensions. I didn't receive a call, rather an email that was probably buried in my spam folder or the hundreds of emails I receive a day.

The lady who assisted me in canceling the order was amazing!

Tip for consumers:
Would be nice if someone got on the phone and contacted me about needing additional information. I can’t believe I’ve been waiting on this for weeks and you have even started making the product.

Absolutely the worse experience with this company. Good Luck trying to return a pair of shoes back. It has taken me over 6 months to finally get an email stating they cannot due a refund. They had me mail the shoes back to the address provided by them and paid over $30.00 for shipping. Almost two months later I get the shoes back in the mail. I reached out and their answer was, "you sent them to the wrong address." I was livid! The shoes $80.00 shoes I purchased look nothing to the picture described. Be Careful with shady companies like this. They obviously do not care about reputation and only out to make a buck. Just purchase in the USA, the purchased item can be returned without any hassle! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY OR CREDIT CARD. My credit card was compromised after I purchased from this company. Attached is the advertised photo and 3 additional photos of what I received. Plastic shoes!

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare.
I've been requesting for a refund for days and AIREEN has been giving me the run around. Customer service is awful. All I got back today was another email letting me know they will give me store credit and to purchase something else from the website. Save your money and shop elsewhere where they guarantee your refund.

The material is poor quality, the design is terrible, thin like paper, shows your underwear, very cheaply made, no effort put in this piece of clothing. As a police Officer representing the thin blue line, I'd expect to be wearing a better product. Is this normally what your process is to get a refund back. If so, this information Should be conveyed on your web page.
