2020 has been hard, we all get it! But this company does not take responsibility at all neither it cares about its customers. I booked a flight from Paris to Buenos Aires that was supposed to take off on March 31st, obviously all flights were cancelled because of covid! After many months trying to contact the agency they finally said that no reimbursement was possible but that the airline (Air France) was offering a voucher valid until nov 30th. Not only the borders remain closed but we are back in lock down, impossible to travel! Now Air France's sais it is not up to them to reimbourse because the ticket was bought with the travel agency, and the agency said it is not up to them as the voucher is offered by the airline. So! Somebody has my money and nobody is taking responsibility for this reimbursement! So, for all readers... avoid flight finders!
