I emailed Sourpuss about a defect in a dress I received as a gift and they were kind enough to send me another in perfect condition! Didn't have to pay shipping back or anything and the customer service rep was very helpful, it came quickly too. Will definitely buy from them again, the stuff is so cute and well made as well. (pockets in dresses are the best)
