I've always liked RetailMeNot, but I have constructive feedback for the company and I hope this is actually taken into consideration.
The cash back system is majorly flawed and needs to be updated. Whenever I use it (quite frequently), I feel like it's always a gamble for whether or not the cash back will actually come through. More times than not, it doesn't come through. It will tell you that you need to wait a REALLY long time (like 45 days) to see if the retailer let RetailMeNot know that you made a purchase and that you need to check back then. I online shop pretty much daily... who the heck is going to remember to check back a month and a half later on every single purchase? This is bad user experience.
We shouldn't have to keep track of every single purchase we made to ensure RetailMeNot did their job.
They need to optimize the system so the user can clearly keep track of every purchase that was made immediately after it happened like how Ebates (now Rakuten) does. This would be VERY helpful!
