I received and email in the 29th May saying that I have been given a refund for my Robbie Williams tickets on the 3rd June. I was devastated as I had previously emailed to ask where they were and then received a message that they would be sent out on the 26th May. Just to make matters worse I won't get a refund for 7-10 days. Such poor service, they took the money straight away but I have to wait 7-10 working days. Fortunalty I have sourced some more but seats are not as good, this was a present for my boyfriends 40th birthday. I won't be using this company again.
