I ordered 3 pairs of Yoga pants from them, I did not like the quality of the material or the fit so I decided to return all 3 pairs. I went on the site and put in the request form letting them know I will be returning all 3. I put the pants back in the same bag them came in with the return form (all together) and shipped everything back. They refunded me for 2 out of the 3 pairs. I went online and contacted customer service 2 times in March and its now May and no response. I decided to call them - they claim they didn't get the 3rd pair and would have to check with the warehouse... still have not heard from them. I will never order from them again. They were cheap quality pants and you cannot rely on the company to make to do the right thing when they lose items, it was a waste of money.

My order was placed 11/22 and I still havent gotten anything. The tracking number doesnt go to anything either. I have sent 3 emails asking about my order and have heard nothing back. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and disputing with Paypal for a refund.
