I purchased a bag from this website. It arrived 1 month late. I also had to pay a customs charge when arrived in the UK. I paid over £700 for the handbag, and when it arrived the box was completely broken and really poorly packaged. Inside was supposed to be my beautiful handbag but when I opened the box I was completely distraught, because of the poor packaging the bag has become crushed during transit to the UK. I have contacted h2000h2000.com repeatedly and had very little response. It states clearly on their website 'All of our goods comes with a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us to receive goods within 3 days.
Upon receiving the returned merchandise, you will be refunded your money but deduct a 20% charge ( shipping and handling charge).'

But this isn't true. I feel the quality of the bag is fine but the customer service is AWFUL and no one is responding to me which makes me think it is a scam. h2000h2000.com made the mistake to package the item like this so they should either GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK or EXCHANGE THE ITEM.
