STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Stay away from this company at all costs. We purchased a hotel reservation system from them. Let me start with, we are a software company with 38 years in the business. This company, in our opinion, is in the business of selling services through India, NOT pre built software products ready to go. Their install documentation was a joke. It did not only have missing information, but bad information, with a pitch from them that for a fee, they would install it. As I said, 38 years in the software industry, we got the package up and running. We then saw it wasn't responsive, taking us out of the phone and tablet market. When we called them, their answer was we can customize it for a fee. We elected instead to get the "no hassle" refund they advertised, and did so within 48 hours of the purchase. Bottom line, they used every delaying tactic in the book. They out-and-out lied, in our opinion to get beyond the point where we could stop payment on our credit card. Based on 38 years in the business, DON'T GET SUCKED IN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT A PRODUCT FROM THEM, GIVE THEM ONE DAY TO REFUND THE MONEY SO IT IS ON RECORD, THEN CALL YOUR BANK AND STOP PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARD!
