I ordered a twin sized Mattress Genie to help me during 6 weeks of chemo and radiation. I chose Easy Comfort because their web site clearly showed that it was in stock and ready to ship and everywhere else I looked it was not in stock. I paid $35 for 1 day shipping. After 3 days and shipment still showing PENDING I contacted them, the Rep put me on hold a long time then told me it had shipped and would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks! It told the Rep I paid for 1 day delivery, he said that option was not available on that item, I told him I printed off the receipt and have proof it was available and I paid for it! I told him I wanted it reshipped immediately with 1 day delivery that I was starting chemo and radiation next week for cancer and needed it ASAP. He put me on hold again and came back to tell me this time it was not in stock. But while talking to them I was looking on their web site and the item still showed "In stock. Ready to ship!" and I told him so. He then stated it was on back order. I then demanded an immediate refund and he put me on hold and came back and said he filled out the paperwork for a refund I will give them until Tuesday then contact my bank. Even today a day later they are still showing on their web site the twin sized Mattress Genie is "In stock. Ready to ship!" and they are still offering 1 day shipping and this is not true! Now I have to figure out what to do and might delay my treatment!
