Ordered a laptop and wireless mouse. The wireless mouse processed that night and provided a shipping number. Wish said the laptop order would be "processed" within the next week. When the week was up, they pushed back the processing date another five days. When that was up, they tell me the item is no longer in stock but they had similar items I could receive for no additional cost. When I click the link to review the items, it just takes me back to the original laptop I ordered, which they say is out of stock. Meanwhile, the mouse was shipped out and then returned to the warehouse by the shipping company labelled "Unable to ship" for some unknown reason but they won't give a refund because the item "has already shipped" NO IT HASN'T. Your own site says its not shipping. You don't have the item I ordered two weeks ago. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY
