I've had a couple occasions to call support for plumbing products I've purchased from American Standard and for a large company they are surprisingly quick to actually speak to a real person in the U. S and seem to go out of their way to help resolve issues, send parts out with no cost and fulfill their promised solutions. A pleasant surprise.

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared if you call for support with your item model number, saves time.

Products used:
Sink fixture, bathroom fixture and 2 toilets.

Called in rather than using their website to assure items I wanted were in stock and after changing some choices and being told they were available to ship and would go out in "up to 10 business days" placed the order. Checked status a couple days later it shows none were in stock and ship date maybe 6 weeks later. Totally just a ploy to get orders and keep putting people off. They should suspend taking orders and/or tell people up front when items are not available rather than be deceptive. People don't like being lied to.
