Just madde a purchase of a HP color laser jet printer from Newegg and it
Wouldn't even power on. Called and was told it wasn't their problem,
It was a "third party seller's" issue and I would have to pay the
Shipping to send it back, needless to say a 50 lb printer is pretty
Costly. No customer service. First person I spoke to was exceptionally
Rude and obnoxious, second, not so much but pretty ignorant of the
Company's policy. Don't believe the guarantees, etc, the company relies
On you not reading all of the return policies prior to your purchase,
By then its all too late, and they ripped you off. Worst kind of
Cheats, grifters, and swindlers. BEWARE AND GO ELSEWHERE!
