A total disappointment and headache - that's all what they are to us. They made promises to improve our social presence and our branding. They presented a good strategy to us and we trusted them and we're so hopeful for positive results that they said they could achieve in no time. However, when we already paid them, everything went slower. Things got delayed until we lost confidence that they would really do all things that they promised.
