I've ordered numerous plants from Top Tropicals and every single one has arrived in great shape, well packaged, and delivered quickly. Not only are their plants top quality their customer service is amazing. They willingly and freely offer advice to make you a better gardener before the sale AND long after the sale. They have even given me advice about plants that I did not buy from them. Often, their advice includes old school remedies that cost nothing. For example, I had a trumpet plant that was not doing well (purchased elsewhere) and I asked for their advice and they responded quickly asking for a photo of the plant. Shortly after emailing the plant photo I received an email from Top Tropicals explaining the problem and the chemicals that would typically resolve the problem but also stating that obtaining those chemicals would be difficult because of their negative effect on our environment but they also suggested an old Florida remedy using plain granulated sugar and tap water. My trumpet plant has responded well to this "old school" remedy. I cannot overstate how pleased and thankful I am to Top Tropicals!

I loved Netflix years ago when I first subscribed. Now, it seems the quality of shows and movies has decreased. The number of foreign language shows seems to be a huge proportion of what is available now. Even a lot of the Netflix originals are foreign language. Of course, the subscription cost continues to increase too. If a show or movie is high quality, I don't mind reading the subtitles. One of the odd things is some of the shows or movies allow you to select the dialogue in English but what the actors say in English does not match the closed captions. Don't get me wrong I love some of the foreign language programs such as the Indian films Article 15 and The Forgotten Army and some of the Korean shows - The Man From Nowhere, etc and some other foreign language programs. Netflix needs to tighten its quality controls for selecting programs available to subscribers.

There should be an option to assign negative stars for DirectGardening. One star is a gift to this so called company. I attempted to order a plant for my sister's birthday several months ago. I've attempted to contact DirectGardening to determine status but have been ignored and blown off. Today, September 1,2020, they send me an email saying they shipped a plant to my sister! At this point I don't have a clue what I ordered and when I log in and look for orders the numbers don't match. Thankfully, I used my AmEx when I tried to order the plant and rest assured I will definitely contest and charge that shows up from DirectGardening. There are so many REPUTABLE companies on the internet so do your homework before you attempt to order from a company and stay away from DirectGardening!
