They told us exactly what we needed to do before they came out there were no surprises when it comes to them doing their work and their treatment to our home. They actually gave me a discount because my father is a retired police officer which to be honest was direly needed and greatly appreciated. They've done a great job they did not miss one square inch of this house. The products they use hardly had any chemical smell at all and dissipated within 1 hour. They went above and beyond while they were here to make sure they didnt miss any of the spots these certain types of insects like to hide. They were open to every question and gave me easy-to-understand answers. They never acted as if they were in a rush to leave or in a rush at all they took their time and truly did a professional job. In most cases almost of the time companies have to come out and treat one month later again then wait another month and come out a third time and possibly even a fourth time. With that being said I truly do believe they did it right the first time as we have seen no more insects and have had no more bites on me nor my two children and wife. I truly think they are a God sent. Their prices blew away every other pest company within a 60-mile radius. They were here when they said they would be they're respectful polite non judgemental just overall great people. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know including church members family members excetera excetera.


This company lured me in by offering and alternative treatment for my chronic muscular and arthritic pain. They're based out of Florida and many other states the physician I used doctor lanoix who I did do research on before actually having to face the face over the phone assessment. He is licensed in about 15 different states. He does have a NP number that is active so therefore this made me comfortable up front with their services. Come to find out since I live in Tennessee and have Blue Cross Blue Shield as an insurance everything that they bill from over the phone physical exams to any alternative medications for pain other than opioids not only are at least a thousand percent overpriced when Bill to the insurance, they ordered at least 10 - 15 lab tests to be done on me from four separate mouth swabs, two urine specimens, and having four vials of blood to be drawn due to the large number of tests ordered by doctor lanoix. Since I haven't had my labs done on my blood in five years and as a licensed practicing nurse myself I thought it would be beneficial to have these detailed lab test performed on me in hopes they would show results that then I could help myself live a different lifestyle possibly that would help with my chronic pain in my back and my neck in my hips in my intercostals and in my left shoulder. After four and a half months had passed and no contact from a pharmacy from a doctor from a freaking janitor even nobody contacted me. One day I call Blue Cross Blue Shield my insurance just to see how close I was to meeting my own personal deductible. And just in conversation the customer service rep informed me that they have been billed and have have paid out $3,000 towards an out-of-network company called Healthright. This has sense lit a fire in me equal to the Heat combination of hell in the center of the Sun. I've since tried to contact the physician dr. L a n o i x, also many of the customer reps that have contacted me via email throughout the whole process of using flash MD of interviewing me with free health questions and the people directing me to go and have the labs taken. Not one single phone number let you speak to a representative half of them immediately go to voicemail half of them are busy and never ring. I should know because I've called them 24/7 every hour of every day. I was fortunate enough to find out which company in Florida I might add processed my labs which if you remember where an extra ordinary amount of labs. They admitted to having my results but they stated that they cannot give me the results of my labs until the doctor who ordered them reviews and signs off on them. This is a true sign of how unprofessional this service is. As I stated before I am a licensed practical nurse and when a physician orders any labs to be done on any Resident there are immediately pulled processed sent to the lab then the nurses continually wait for the facts of the bikes and slab results to come across if they do not come across in a timely manner i e half a day's time eye the nurse call the lab that is processing the residents information to ask what the holdup is. When the results come across the fax machine or phone I as a nurse immediately compare them to the norms and if I find any of the 20 things levels that were being tested are out of range I immediately call the doctor and he will give a phone order I will then write it in the medical administration record so we can start treating whatever issue is ailing the patient. And this service that I unwisely chose to use has taken 4 months to review labs that should have been reviewed within 24 hours of being processed. I'm now have the company that has my lab results feverishly attempting to find a rabbit hole that will let me see the results that my insurance has paid for and to be completely honest I should have complete and full rights to access the results. Per HIPAA whatever is in the residents chart / file is privy to the resident and any primary caregiver of the resident. This frustrates me more than anyone can imagine. I would never suggest anyone not even my worst enemies to try to use healthright service or doctor lanoix. He has proven himself to be a quack, a hack, an unprofessional money hungry piece of s***.
