I purchased an engagement ring on April 2 2020. It's now April 18th and the ring still hasn't shipped. I get things are slow because of covid-19, but this time frame is slow. I'm not asking for a action figure this is an engagement ring. Customer service only offers apologies. They also said, " be assured your ring will be shipped on April 17th." Huh, it's now the 18th and still hasn't shipped and continue with just apologies. How about the CEO role up his sleeves and start pulling orders. Be assured I won't be buying from them again, and hopefully you won't either.
