Unfortunately one of the items i ordered was actually out of stock, despite being listed as in stock on the website (inventory discrepancies happen, no biggie!) So a customer service rep reached out almost immediately after placing my order to let me know, and provide a range of options to fix it. I opted for a simple swap for a different shirt that was the same price. They were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and lightning fast to respond. 5/7, perfect score.
