The customer service sucks and they make it hard to earn money! I submitted several receipts, only to be told that they could not find a match when there clearly was a match on their app! I even scanned the barcodes, only to receive an e-mail saying there was no match. Contacting customer service is a joke! I contacted them a week ago via their app, and have so far only received an automated response. Their BS excuse: "Higher than normal requests." I called corporate in Colorado, only to be given the runaround from an automated system. There was no way to make a selection to contact customer service on their phone system. They don't care about their customers, just their money and data!


I tried this site for a month, and I have had no success with it. It's full of spam bots and fake profiles, and the site doesn't even work right. You never know you get a message or notification, so you have to keep checking it.


The service is great when it actually works! However, it seems like every other day the service goes down and I'm unable to play my game!
