The customer service sucks and they make it hard to earn money! I submitted several receipts, only to be told that they could not find a match when there clearly was a match on their app! I even scanned the barcodes, only to receive an e-mail saying there was no match. Contacting customer service is a joke! I contacted them a week ago via their app, and have so far only received an automated response. Their BS excuse: "Higher than normal requests." I called corporate in Colorado, only to be given the runaround from an automated system. There was no way to make a selection to contact customer service on their phone system. They don't care about their customers, just their money and data!
