I only gave 1 star because zero stars is not an option on here. This business (if I dare call it that) has horrible customer service. I ordered plain 3 inch grosgrain ribbon with a shipping time of 2-4 days because it wasn't bows, just ribbon. Order was not shippedin the allotted time. I tried to contact them on the 4th day numerous times to check the status. I left voicemail and emails. I got an auto response saying that they would respond within 48 hours. No response at 48 hours so I called (with no answer again) and left emails. Finally, I got an email saying that my order had shipped on the 7th day. I was in a rush because I had a squad of girls that needed their cheer bows. I waited and waited for my order. Nothing came so I contacted the business again through voicemails and emails because they once again did not answer the phone. I finally got an email response saying that they will contact the post office to see what happened to my order. I asked them for the shipping info so I could also check the shipping info (at this time I felt that they were trying to cover tracks and being deceitful). The next day they gave me a refund and said it would take two weeks for the post office to get back to them. I again asked for the shipping info to check it myself. They refused. I waited the "two week" period for the post office to give them an answer. Last night was the 14th day so in the middle of the night I sent them an email asking for the post office status. She wrote me back at 1am and said my package was shipped to a different address in a different state. I again asked for the shipping info because if she was able to find that out then she obviously has the shipping info. All I wanted to do was check the status myself. She then wrote me back a nasty email saying that I was harassing her. All she had to do was provide me with the shipping info. If it was a mistake on the post office, I would more than likely be a return customer, but she has been a nightmare to get in touch with and when you do finally get in touch with her (good luck on that) she is rude and deceitful! Save your time and money and shop else where!
