How are they NOT completely BANKRUPT AND Out OF BUSINESS? I placed order Dec 3rd for my Elderly husband for snow boots FOR WINTER! Looks like they won't be here until spring! Not only did he have nothing to open for Christmas, But after messaging with them 3 or more times, the STILL CANNOT give me ANY IDEA WHEN THE BOOTS WILL BE HERE! I'm praying he doesn't fall on the Oce and hurt himself. Customer service have OFFERED NOTHING FOR THE FACT THAT WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS. I've had to keep massaging asking where the boots are! They don't even say sorry!

The stores are sold out of his size! They may not even FIT Him so we will still be without boots! I ordered 2 pair so we wouldn't get stuck without boots for him. Clearly they cannot afford to place orders without being sure EVERY SINGLE ITEM WILL BE SOLD! They take your order then have them made in Asia and hope they get here within a year! That's CRAP! They did this to me 2 years in a row with their shearling slippers they arrived after Christmas but they were for me so I didn't care! This is NOTHING NEW ITS NOT COVID ITS NOT ANYONES FAULT BUT THEIRS! I just ordered 100 items for my business from CHINA LAST WEEK! They came today! My shipping was only $12 for express! 1 weeks! And Lands end can't get boots for months! They just keep saying, "we don't even have them yet so we have NO IDEA WHEN THEY'll SHIP! Well I'm DONE IM TELLING EVERYONE THAT WILL
LISTEN NOT TO BOTHER WITH LANDS END! ( No matter how good their sales are!)
