I placed 2 orders back in April & May 2015 but did not arrived. I contacted the vendors who repeatedly promised that the items were on their way which I believe was all just a stall tactic! Finally, I requested for a refund, but was only given store credits to my SJ account. Last week, when I tried to place an order, the website is closed! My store credit is still showing n my account with no way of me accessing it. The website said that they've directed all their clients to the Socialshoppers site but no mentioned of how I can get refunded for my store credit? Am sure not the only one taken for a ride here... SCAMMED!
