I booked a 4-night trip to Las Vegas and found their rates are really the cheapest on the internet! Well, I had to sign in and get the rates as it was a sale for multiple days and offer to returning customers. Then I realized that I needed to stay for another night. I asked the customer service whether I may enjoyed the same daily rate. They responded quickly to me explaining why I couldn't but also offered me with what they have as the greatest value for the 5th night. Well, it's not their hotel, they are just an agent. Sounded reasonable to me. Checked in, stayed, and checked out. No problem at all. Love ya，Trip. Com
